Chinese PM visits North Korea

Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao is visiting Pyongyang to restart the 6-party talks in order to denuclear NK. He has met North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. Will it work? Hard to say.

China will provide some aid. North Korea will come back to the table. The US and the NK will talk. Russia, Japan and South Korea will be there. That will be all.

To be really serious, a grand bargain is required. The US promises to remove its troops from Korea. China promises to withdraw support from North Korea. South Korea promises to provide huge amount of aid to the north. The North Korea promises to destroy it's nuclear program and weapons.

All else is just play-acting: hoping for the best but will get the worst.
